Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable processing to ensure timely transactions.
- Support the monthly and annual closing processes, including accruals and adjustments.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements to ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare basic financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- File and organize invoices, receipts, and other financial documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups) is highly preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely.
- Eagerness to learn new accounting software and internal processes.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
