Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for diverse client portfolios
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings
- Perform reconciliations for bank accounts and general ledger entries
- Support audit procedures and documentation requests
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data entry and reporting
- Participate in client meetings to discuss financial findings
- Adhere to GAAP and IRS compliance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (0-2 years experience)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or accounting software
