Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions on a monthly basis.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and digital filing systems.
- Prepare basic financial reports and assist with month-end close procedures.
- Perform data entry and verification of invoices for accuracy.
- Support the senior accounting team with ad-hoc financial analysis tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A strong willingness to learn and adapt to new financial software.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
