Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks and accurate data entry.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare and maintain basic financial reports and general ledgers.
- Process accounts payable and receivable documents.
- Communicate with clients and vendors to resolve financial discrepancies.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required: We value attitude and aptitude over experience.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic functions are sufficient).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles is helpful but not mandatory.
