Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of accurate financial records and reports.
- Process daily accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Organize and file financial documentation and invoices.
- Assist in the preparation of basic tax documents and schedules.
- Perform general data entry and clerical duties as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles or a willingness to learn quickly.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
