Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the general ledger accounts.
- Perform daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts on a monthly basis.
- Support the senior accounting team with month-end closing procedures.
- Prepare basic financial reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
- Assist with inventory management and cost accounting support tasks.
- File and organize financial documents and records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) is a plus but not required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt quickly, and grow within the finance sector.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
