Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and reconciliations
- Maintain and organize financial records using accounting software
- Prepare basic financial statements and reports under supervision
- Support tax preparation and documentation processes
- Perform data entry and ensure data integrity in financial systems
- Collaborate with senior accountants on audit preparations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software
