Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with precision
- Assist with monthly reconciliation of bank statements and general ledgers
- Prepare and maintain financial documentation per GAAP standards
- Support tax preparation activities under supervision
- Contribute to audits and compliance reviews
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage) for data entry
- Communicate financial updates to senior team members
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets, formulas)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
