Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks including data entry and transaction reconciliation
- Support month-end closing procedures and financial statement preparation
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and vendor communication
- Perform basic payroll processing and tax form assistance
- Conduct internal audits and maintain organized financial records
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks proficiency preferred)
