Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with precision
- Assist with monthly bank reconciliations and account audits
- Prepare financial reports and documentation under supervision
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) for data entry
- Support tax preparation and compliance activities
- Collaborate with senior accountants on client deliverables
- Maintain organized financial records and filing systems
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred but not required)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles (will train)
