Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with accuracy and timeliness
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and reconciliation activities
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial documentation
- Support audit preparation by compiling requested documents
- Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel for data entry and reporting
- Contribute to financial statement drafting under supervision
- Adhere to GAAP standards and internal compliance protocols
Qualifications
