Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions accurately
- Assist with monthly bank reconciliations
- Support general ledger maintenance and journal entries
- Prepare financial reports and documentation for review
- Collaborate with senior accountants on audits and compliance
- Organize and maintain financial records in compliance with GAAP
- Learn and apply accounting software systems (QuickBooks, Excel)
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data
