Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately
- Assist with monthly bank reconciliations and account analysis
- Support financial reporting and documentation preparation
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks) for data entry
- Contribute to audit preparation and compliance tasks
- Manage vendor invoices and expense reports

Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP)
