Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Prepare financial reports and summaries under supervision
- Support audit preparations and documentation requests
- Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel for daily tasks
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (or equivalent education)
