Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures under supervision
- Prepare and organize financial documentation for audits and reviews
- Process payroll data and maintain employee expense reports
- Contribute to financial reporting and analysis projects
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) for data entry and management
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial data
