Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable and reconcile bank statements
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate general ledgers
- Support tax documentation and audit preparation tasks
- Analyze financial data for discrepancies and recommend solutions
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for accounting operations
- Adhere to GAAP standards and internal compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (2023-2024 graduates welcome)
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks software
