Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and financial reports.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documents and audits under supervision.
- Organize and file financial documents and records efficiently.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Excel is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
