Responsibilities
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable processing and reconciliations
- Prepare basic financial statements and reports under supervision
- Manage data entry and maintain accurate financial records
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks/Excel) for daily tasks
- Communicate with clients and team members regarding financial matters
- Adhere to GAAP principles and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field (or equivalent coursework)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
