Responsibilities
- Assist with Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payments to vendors and collection of payments from clients.
- Month-End Close Support: Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
- General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain accurate records in our accounting software (QuickBooks/SAP) and assist with audit preparation.
- Financial Reporting: Help compile data for internal reports and management presentations.
- Compliance & Administration: Ensure all financial processes adhere to internal controls and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or currently completing a CPA track).
- Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience or recent graduation with a focus on accounting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and familiarity with accounting software.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
- Work Ethic: High level of accuracy and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
