Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements with high accuracy.
- Process accounts payable invoices and handle accounts receivable collections.
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes with timeliness and precision.
- Conduct basic cost accounting analysis and variance reporting.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or currently pursuing a CPA/ACCA).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
