Responsibilities
- Assist with the month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Process and verify accounts payable and receivable invoices.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Prepare basic financial reports and spreadsheets.
- Support the senior accounting team with data entry and filing.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documents and compliance schedules.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn accounting software (training provided).
