Responsibilities
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable processing and reconciliation.
- Perform daily data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
- Prepare basic financial reports and assist in month-end close procedures.
- Support the senior accounting team with various ad-hoc financial projects.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus but not required).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new financial software.
