Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes with high accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform bank reconciliations and assist with general ledger maintenance.
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Reconcile credit card statements and process expense reports efficiently.
- Assist in the audit preparation and documentation as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or currently pursuing).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and GAAP (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
