Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure accuracy and timely payments.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing procedures and financial reporting.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts, including bank reconciliations.
- Support the audit process by providing requested documentation and schedules.
- Process payroll transactions and ensure all payroll compliance requirements are met.
- Reconcile credit card statements and expense reports.
- Assist with the preparation of tax documents and general financial analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role (internships included).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
