Responsibilities
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable processing and invoice verification
- Support month-end closing procedures and financial statement preparation
- Perform data entry for financial transactions with meticulous attention to detail
- Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger entries
- Help maintain organized financial records and documentation
- Collaborate with senior accountants on audit preparation tasks
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks) for transaction tracking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's/bachelor's in accounting/finance preferred
