Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable and reconcile financial transactions
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Prepare invoices, expense reports, and payroll documentation
- Support audits by maintaining organized financial records
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data entry and analysis
- Collaborate with senior accountants to learn accounting principles
- Contribute to process improvements in financial workflows
Qualifications
- Recent accounting/finance graduate or equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of GAAP principles and accounting fundamentals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
- Attention to detail with strong numerical accuracy
