As an Entry Level Accountant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the financial health of our organization. You will work closely with senior staff to ensure accuracy in financial reporting, manage accounts, and support our daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of general ledger accounts and financial statements.
- Perform daily reconciliations for accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes with high attention to detail.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies or variances.
- Prepare and file necessary tax documents and regulatory compliance reports.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize data and generate financial reports for management review.
- Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and GAAP.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
