Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable and reconcile bank statements
- Assist with monthly closing procedures and financial reporting
- Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy
- Support audits and tax preparation documentation
- Implement internal controls for financial processes
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks/NetSuite)
- Analyze financial data for operational improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/PivotTables)
- Knowledge of GAAP principles and compliance
- Attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
