Responsibilities
- Assist with monthly financial statement preparation and reconciliation
- Process accounts payable/receivable and expense reports
- Support general ledger maintenance and transaction coding
- Conduct bank reconciliations and variance analysis
- Prepare tax documentation and assist with audits
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks/Excel) for data entry
- Adhere to GAAP standards and internal controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial projects
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
