As an Entry Level Accountant, you will support the finance department in daily operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing and reconciliation.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes by preparing journal entries and reconciling general ledger accounts.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare and analyze basic financial reports and expense reports.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and audit schedules.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding financial inquiries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (pivot tables, vlookups).
- Basic understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
