Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and review of monthly financial statements and balance sheets.
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all entries are accurate and timely.
- Support the external audit process by gathering necessary documentation and schedules.
- Maintain accurate and organized digital and physical financial records.
- Process expense reports and vendor invoices with high attention to detail.
- Assist with tax preparation support during peak seasons.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (graduated within the last 12 months).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Basic understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous internship experience in a finance or accounting department is a plus.
