Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the general ledger and monthly financial statements.
- Perform daily accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with high accuracy.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, including variance analysis.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare and file basic tax documents and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) to manage financial data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license preferred or currently in progress.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
