Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately
- Assist with monthly reconciliation of bank statements and general ledgers
- Support financial reporting and documentation preparation
- Manage client invoicing and payment follow-ups
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data entry and analysis
- Contribute to audit preparation and compliance documentation
- Participate in ongoing training to develop accounting skills
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (or related field)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks software
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
