Responsibilities
- Prepare and reconcile monthly financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles including invoice processing, payment verification, and collections
- Assist with monthly and quarterly account reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger
- Support tax preparation processes by gathering documentation and maintaining organized records
- Contribute to internal audits and financial controls implementation
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data entry, reporting, and variance analysis
- Collaborate with cross-department teams to resolve financial discrepancies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates encouraged)
- 0-2 years of professional accounting experience or relevant internship
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, MS Excel, and accounting software
