Responsibilities
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial statement preparation
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records in QuickBooks
- Reconcile bank accounts and process accounts payable/receivable transactions
- Support tax preparation documentation and compliance filings
- Generate financial reports for management review
- Collaborate with senior accountants on audit preparations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
