Responsibilities
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable processing and reconciliation
- Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Perform data entry and maintain organized financial records
- Collaborate with senior accountants on tax preparation tasks
- Conduct basic audits to ensure compliance with regulations
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, Excel) for daily operations
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent)
- Basic knowledge of GAAP principles and accounting fundamentals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
