Responsibilities
- Perform accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement reconciliations
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable processing and invoice verification
- Support audit preparation by gathering documentation and maintaining records
- Contribute to budget variance analysis and financial reporting initiatives
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) for transaction recording
- Adhere to GAAP compliance and internal control protocols
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special financial projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)
- 0-2 years of professional accounting experience (internships accepted)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
