Responsibilities
- Perform accurate month-end closing procedures and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable processing and vendor management
- Prepare financial statements and supporting documentation for audits
- Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow operations
- Support tax preparation processes and maintain compliance documentation
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks/NetSuite) for transaction recording
- Collaborate with cross-department teams on budgeting and forecasting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates encouraged)
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or professional experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks/NetSuite
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team
- Basic understanding of GAAP and tax regulations
