- Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable/receivable processing
- Prepare and reconcile financial statements and month-end closing reports
- Support audit preparation and documentation requests
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks/ERP) for transaction recording
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special financial projects
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of professional accounting experience or internship
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
