Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and reports
- Perform reconciliations of bank accounts, accounts receivable, and payable
- Support audit processes by providing documentation and analysis
- Process payroll and maintain accurate employee records
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for financial data management
- Assist with budget preparation and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of accounting experience or relevant internship
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
