Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable and general ledger entries using QuickBooks
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial statement preparation
- Perform bank reconciliations and expense report audits
- Support tax documentation preparation and compliance reviews
- Conduct variance analysis for budget vs. actual reports
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly reviews
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for financial records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates welcome)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
