Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and bookkeeping tasks
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable processing
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, MS Excel)
- Conduct account reconciliations
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special projects
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of GAAP principles
