Responsibilities
- Prepare and reconcile monthly financial statements including balance sheets and income statements
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable processing and general ledger maintenance
- Support tax preparation processes and documentation for individual and corporate clients
- Conduct account reconciliations and variance analysis to ensure financial accuracy
- Collaborate with senior accountants on audit schedules and compliance documentation
- Maintain organized financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Participate in month-end closing procedures and reporting deadlines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates encouraged)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and basic accounting concepts
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
