Responsibilities
- Prepare and reconcile monthly financial statements with meticulous attention to detail
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions and maintain general ledgers
- Assist with budget preparation, variance analysis, and forecasting
- Conduct bank reconciliations and support internal/external audits
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data entry and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial initiatives

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
