Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with monthly account reconciliations and variance analysis
- Support financial reporting under senior accountants' guidance
- Manage digital filing systems for financial documentation
- Contribute to audit preparation and compliance tasks
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data entry and analysis
- Adhere to GAAP principles and internal control procedures
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data entry)
