Responsibilities
- Assist with monthly closing processes including journal entries and reconciliations
- Support financial reporting and analysis for internal stakeholders
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare tax documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial initiatives
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) for data processing
- Conduct variance analysis and identify discrepancies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or entry-level experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Relevant certifications (CPA, CMA) preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
