Responsibilities
- Assist in monthly and quarterly financial statement preparation
- Perform reconciliations for bank accounts and general ledger
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Support audits by providing documentation and evidence
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Assist with budget variance analysis and reporting
- Adhere to GAAP and internal compliance policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of accounting experience (internships acceptable)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Valid U.S. work authorization required
