Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions using QuickBooks
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Prepare basic financial reports and documentation
- Support tax preparation documentation and compliance
- Manage vendor relationships and expense reports
- Conduct data entry with 99% accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality standards
