Responsibilities
- Perform monthly reconciliations for bank accounts and credit cards
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable processing and vendor communications
- Prepare financial statements and draft internal reports
- Support tax preparation activities and documentation
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial audits
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks/Intacct) for data entry
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Familiarity with GAAP principles and accounting cycles
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- QuickBooks certification preferred
- Valid Texas CPA exam eligibility required
