Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations
- Assist with payroll processing and tax filings
- Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Support audit preparations and compliance
- Handle data entry with 99% accuracy
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (or pursuing)
- No experience required – recent graduates welcome
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic functions)
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Ability to learn accounting software quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Valid Indiana driver's license (for occasional client visits)
